Brannan has a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, a M.S. in Civil Engineering, and a Master Electrician license. He is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. He started his career in the commercial and residential Electrical area. Stephen has extensive experience in both site development for residential and commercial subdivisions. He has been actively involved in the site development of large agricultural facilities. Brannan has been responsible for the design of storm drainage systems based on his hydrology expertise for several years of his career. One major hydrology study involved submittal to the U.S.ACE of computerized modeling of a sensitive stream. This modeling involved calculations of flood routing based on highway construction within the flood plain and a bridge spanning the stream. As a a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineering Institute, he has been very active in the repairs and renovation of industrial and agricultural facilities as well as structural and architectural design of new facilities. Brannan has one patent issued and others pending for his unique ideas on poultry housing and associated equipment. He has been able to see many of his designs utilized while working with the research teams of some of the nation's premier poultry producers. A previous position was as the Director of CSA Engineering for a Fortune 100 provider of protein providing engineering solutions with facility managers across the nation.
